POLICIES

creative production bookings for photo & video can be secured directly via the booking tab. 

cll other inquiries must submit a booking request via email to hello@theframeclt.com 

rescheduling requests must be made via email to hello@theframeclt.com and a team member will review the request and studio calendar.

rescheduling is allowed once for a $30.00 usd rescheduling fee if reschedule request is made in advance.

all rescheduling requests made the day of your booking will incur a $50.00 usd rescheduling fee.

cancellations are not eligible for refund.

RENTALS

‍rental times must factor in time for set-up/takedown.

renter is only allowed to have set-up/take-down during allotted time this includes arrival of guests, vendors, deliveries, etc.

the resale of alcohol of any type at the frame is strictly prohibited.

the frame only permits canned beverages, beer, wine, and champagne on the premises for events/rentals.

the Frame is a smoke-free environment - absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. this includes but is not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, pens, etc.

all electrical or electronic equipment must comply with federal and local guidelines, ordinances, and is used at the liability of the installer and the renter.

absolutely no glitter, confetti, party poppers, silly string, styrofoam, etc may be used.

a cleaning fee of $300.00 usd will be charged if the above or any other tiny particle decor is used.

absolutely no form of wall mounting is permitted.

no special effects are allowed, including but not limited to: smoke machines, fog/foggers, smoke bombs, dry ice, sparklers (real or artificial), chemical based products and other highly flammable materials.
